Every other developer in the street was building costly basements to maximise the number of townhouses on the site. Our client was aware of the demand for single storey villas in the area and wanted a point of difference for this project.
Our challenge was to design a project that could provide single storey dwellings without reducing the developers profit.
We were able to significantly reduce the time and cost of construction, by reducing the number of dwellings and eliminating the need for a basement. It also meant that we were able to focus on the amenity of the dwellings and provide highly sought-after villas
