Private & quiet residences on a busy road.
The brief was to maximise the development yield. However, the client also wanted a signature building to establish their reputation as a builder of quality apartments in the area.
The design solution involved a combination of split level townhouses, and semi-basement garages to maximise the available open space and sunlight to each dwelling. The street façade was given a ‘row house’ appearance that steps up the hill.
The dwellings are spacious and light, with quality finishes throughout. The dwellings were well are sought after and sold quickly when released onto the market.
